At Q Heat, we operate a UK-based customer service centre. We will answer your call promptly and won’t ask you to negotiate through multiple “press button menus”. One of our team will ask you about your query and arrange for the right person to phone you back within 4 working hours or agree an appointment time to call you within the next two working days.

Where customers have specific needs that we need to be aware of, we operate a Priority Services Register. This applies to customers who are of pensionable age, chronically sick or registered disabled. We ask customers to register on the PSR so we know in advance what those needs are and can tailor our correspondence with this in mind.
